A showcase, not just a plant

LLC "A-POWER" was created with a single goal — to prove that Ukrainian waste-to-energy works not in presentations, but in metal.

We do not sell technology. We showcase an operational chain: a tire enters the site in Radushne, producing carbon black, pyrolysis oil, and steel cord. The pyrolysis oil goes to our own boiler house — and returns to the consumer as Gcal.

Raw material that is still hauled to landfills in Ukraine turns into heat here. Without subsidies. Without a "green" tariff.

Next is a matter of scale. A single site proves the principle. A network of sites changes the market.

How the cycle closes

Input — tire

Truck, passenger, OTR (off-the-road). Accepted with collection and transportation permits. The supplier receives a disposal certificate.

Pyrolysis — reactor

Oxygen-free decomposition at temperatures above 400 °C. Continuous operation unit, Radushne Facility.

Output — 3 products

Recovered carbon black, pyrolysis oil (RFO), steel cord. Each has its buyer.

Loop Closing — Gcal

Pyrolysis oil goes to our own boiler house. The output is heat for the consumer. Zero waste.

Everything prior was feedstock. Gcal is the deliverable.

Liquid fuel derived from tires is combusted in our dedicated boiler plant. Heat is delivered to end consumers. The loop closes: waste returns as municipal heat.

This is not a pilot or a calculation. It is operating.
